The Moon

waxing:
growing larger to the exact time of the Full Moon (best for spells for growth, new projects)

waning:
from Full Moon to New Moon, 'til it is not visible for 3 nights = Black Mond (for banish evil, illness, obstacles, neutralize enemies,
remove harm)
Black Moon: best for banishing and neutralizing

Broom	sacred to both Goddess and God belongs to the element of water, the broom is a purifier make one yourself out of birch twigs or other twigs, that feel right to you use this broom to sweep the area before beginning the ritual, sweep away the negative energies have a broom, decorated if you like , at the front door to keep away negativity from your home.
Atheme (magic knife)	sacred to the God belongs to the element of fire, use only for rituals, never for cutting direct energies with it rather dull, double-edged, with black or dark handle
Cauldron	sacred to the Goddess belongs to the element of water ideally made of iron and on three legs for spring rituals fill with fresh water and flowers, also it is used for gazing
Wand	call the Goddess and God with it belongs to the element of air direct your energies, draw magickal symbols, stir the cauldron make one yourself. I used a branch from a hazel bush, I just had the feeling, this one is the right one. decorate it, if you like, with crystals, feathers, leatherbands, whatever feels right to you.
Peyton/ Pentacle	belongs to the element of earth it is a flat disk, made of brass, wood, clay, mine I made from wax, inscribed with the pentagram, and if you like with other symbols place amulets or other items on it to be consecrated
The Book of Shadows	the BOS is a workbook. Just write in your rituals, spells, runes, info on herbs and so on. use an empty book, or a spiral binder, or even your computer.

there are many more tools you may want to get, like the crystal ball, or a bell, a fancy cup, a censer, and a robe with hood. It does not matter which if any at all you get, as long as it feels right. You can make the tools, buy them new and shiny or go to flea markets and garage sales and try to find the right one.
Just remember, it is all up to your intuition.
