There are green-leaved and mottled-leaved Paphs,
the ones with green leaves generally need cool night temperatures
(they don't grow for me here in Florida), while the plants with
mottled leaves like intermediate night temperatrues.

Paphs are terrestrial orchids, which live in the shade of the forest floor.

Keep them moist and use just a quarter of the fertilizer you use for your other orchids.
Keep moisture out of the growing points, it would kill the plant.
